Is there anyone out there who is as PO'd about the reassessment as I am.
My house was not inspected or visited that I know of by Vision yet my assessment went way up. I missed the 15 minutes that were available to meet with Vision due to personal commitments at the holidays so I appealed to the board of assessors. I made a presentation with exhibits and power point slides and lots of info and was turned down for insuffiient documentation which, I'm told is what happened to most everyone who appealed.
Seriously thinking of a suit.....
