I wonder what happened to her?? They said this was "non-combat" related. Then how DID she get shot??

I am just wondering if I missed something about this whole deal.I thought she was maried to another member of the military.I haven't heard a word about him. I am just curious and think I missed part of this story. Could someone who knows please post the info?
