Life in prison for a man so committed to his patients makes me sick. I have worked with this physician for years and would trust myself and my family in his care, and countless co-workers feel the same. A gross injustice has occurred, and I grieve for him and his family.

You have obviously only seen his "act." The man is a drug and alchohol addict and one of the worst mental abusers to every exist. The best thing in the world for his family will be for him to be as far away from them as possible. He is a terrible and mean man, who has fooled way too many people for way too long!

I watchd the post trial on this case, when the judge gets to decide what he wants to happen and the judge counted it as a mistrial. The eveidence wasnt all handed over, things were wrong with the prosecuters, and the judge also admitted that he made mistakes too. This guys is now walking, while the court decides if they want to retry the case, if so this doctor will have to go to court again and be tried, and if not then he will continue to walk. They allowed him to go without paying the bail upfront. The only way he does not have to pay bail is if he does not go to his 2nd trial.
