At the end of the day, these obviously intelligent people who run Invisible Children put their lives at risk by going to these places and putting themselves in the public eye. They leave their families, their wives, husbands and children, to go and help others less fortunate than them. They could have put their intelligence to JUST making money, but instead they chose to help people as well - the fact is they still have to make a living, they have themselves and their own families to look after, and to give the best life they can, what is wrong with that? If they can achieve a decent income for their family and AT THE SAME TIME help thousands of African children, if only by simply raising the incredible amount of awareness (that they achieved through excellently made websites, videos and merchandise) that they have done, then I think that is great.
If Mother Theresa had been a millionaire, she would have been able to do a lot more good than she did with nothing.
I am 20 years old and from Oxford, England. I only came across Invisible Children tonight. I have been studying conspiracy theories for many years now. I have a very logical brain and can quickly determine whether a theory is credible or not.
What I will say, is that there is something fishy about the flashiness and professionalism of this group and its websites/videos etc., but if it wasn't for this same flashiness, I don't think the cause would have caught the attention that it has and be achieving the greatness that it is.
Okay, so if you really don't want to support this group, fine, but don't just sit there and do nothing, go and make the world a better place yourself!
The bottom line: I can see that this group is doing a lot more right than wrong and a lot more good than harm. Thanks for reading, Daniel.

So at the end of the day u techiniqly are going to still work with our corrupt govt with no choice. So at the end of the day it's going to be the Poor regular African suffering please the biggest problem or obstacle is the govt.
