Downtown Stuart's Ashley location to become a Mulligan's

George Hart, owner of the Mulligan's Beach House Bar & Grill in Jensen Beach and Vero Beach , is leasing the site of the now closed The Ashley restaurant and opening a third Mulligan's. "February first - that's when we plan to open," he said.

not sure what type of comments your interested in however, my first reaction is "there goes the neighborhood". We already have a Duffys on the same street. It would be nice to have something a little different.
