Medical marijuna is a very smart idea. The best idea is what California has done. Small amounts for personal use is much smarter. The state should grow both marijuna and hemp. Marijuna for personal use that is taxed and quality control. Hemp for production of foods, oils, building materials, auto parts and clothing. It is time this country reverse the racist policy of the 1930's and one sick perverted individual who pushed for the changes much like Joe McCarthy did with the great red scare of the early 1950's. The politicians need to wake up and do as the people demand.
