dale chait all service construction

this man is a snake who needs to be stopped...he scams people by pretending to be a christian contractor, then sweet talks you into paying him, and he walks off with all your money ....he has scammed people this years out of 80,000 that i know of so far....if anyone has any information in this matter please write the forum thank you

What do you need to know? Go to your local police and file. Anything over 1000 is a felony if you cant get your money at least do the right thing.

Does anyone know what big papa Dale Chait got for sentencing toda? I see he was GUILTY by a jury arrested on Jan 19th?

i do i do he was sentenced on theft two counts i was there...also he is in jail until july they sent him back for six month after he gets out he has six months to pay restitution or he goes back for a year. he also is on probation for five years. and is never never ever allowed to do construction if caught back to jail. also after all this he has to appear in summit county for more charges. his wife claudelle also in prison in WV

Contractors like this piss me off,I am a contractor and have been doing this on my own for 11yrs,it is a hard way to make a living but when f%#*s like this come along it makes it even harder because most small companys like me need money down to get materials, fuel, pay workers, etc,so homeowners cringe when they have to put up thousands of dollars upfront which i dont blame them. so to homeowners looking to get stuff done, always do your homework on contractors, call their refrences, ask to see some of their work and dont put down money down if the work is not to start within 7 bussiness days (unless its a special order item), and remeber there are still a lot of honest contractors and if you come across a bad one nail his ass to the wall.

i agree damn theifs we did do our homework he had many and lots of references, but he is a scam not only me a lot others and i will continue to make sure he pays. not afraid of him or anyone

What was that case about ? Chait says he turned a garage into some bedrooms, he started the job without a permit, the building dept came back and said the septic was not of size to handle the exstra bedrooms. Work was near complete. The home owner was responsable to up date septic before he could finish the job.

Is he still stealing from people ?

I did a search on this case and see alot of issues gone wrong in the justice system. Why isnt this a civil case? This is the problem with the system. It looks as if the so called law we live under, cant support themselfs in just handling the real criminals, they need to attack the smaller businesses. To pay for there big lifestyles. I like to talk to this guy and get the real story. Since when do we prosecute people that are under contracted work. Thats why arbatration is set up in the courts, to mediate issues not sentence people that pay into the system. Seems like this forum has alot of BS and a bunch of what ifs and speculations.

Detective its not just a civil matter he stole over 70,000 from six different individuals in six different areas. It not civil because he went past contract with no siding on people homes during the winter, openings in people homes during winter. harrassing us lies.. so detective I m guessing your friends with the contractor, and your just talking out your ass. The court system does not put people in jail for this long without evidence.

Informant you are not speaking the truth, I have read the details to this case, I see 1 vic. noted. So it sounds like you are trying to set this person up. I am not friends with contractor. And yes innocent people do go to jail. just do research on your current events. As far as siding on house there is no mention of this in the whole case, your facts are not truthful. I see how people get misinformed, you probably blog alot.

Well informant, I see you have been bashing Dale for quite some time. I understand if your a victim, why you would be speaking so negative about this man and his company. But if you are a victim how come there is no law suit by you from warren ohio. This man runs his company from medina ohio not warren ohio. How are you a victim and where are the so called facts?, you speak of. As far as wasting your time on me. I could careless if you speak or blog to me. You know nothing about me or my job as a private detective. Chait said home owners tried to sew civil in Cuyahoga county, it was a Medina case, the prosecutor called Stansbery and he charged him with criminal charges. He had a contract, it should have been civil. The home owner should have updated the septic, at their cost and he could have finished the job. Prosecutor Stansbery and Judge Colliar make up there own law in Medina County, it's criminal .

Who R the six people ? Did they file civil claim?
