Hey Mr. Happy.
By reading the commissioner minutes for Polk County, NE it seems there is some sort of litigation going on. It must involve the Sheriff"s Office because it appears the Sheriff was present at the meeting when it was discussed. Litigation? I thought everything was perfect now? I guess some know better, like myself, and some just don't know.
