Are you kidding? There will be no uncensored questions. The HOA has sold out the village. They are fronting for the POA. All questions have to be submitted in writing so they can be screened. This meeting is anything but a town hall. All questions will be controlled by Winston. This is PR stunton 7/30

Property owners keep going to court and getting rulings ordering Blazer to comply with the law but there are no penalties for noncomplasince attached to these rulings. therefore, Blazer, acting on the advice of his shyster lawyer, just ignores the court rulings. This indicates that there is no viable legal system in this area. What we are getting is a dog and pony show designed to make it look like the laws are there to protect everybody equally. But when push comes to shove, the insiders just keep on doing things the way they always have and nobody does anything about it. the last time things were like this didn't Bedford Forest organize a group that got justice for the little people?

Blazer can't get any more out of me. I am already picked clean. I just heard he is renting lots in Tellico Village for $1 a month so he can get around the law which says nonmembers can't use all those fancy facilities he built for himself and his selected comrades. He says he has to generate more money to keep them open because most of the people who had to pay to build them can't afford the high fees to use them. He has it set up like it was in the USSR where the poor pay for everything and only those selected elites get to use things.
