Hopefully they get punished by both the law and their parents. Behavior like this needs to be stopped when it starts.

Punishment gets compliance at best. Consequences and affective treatment ( which we don't have in this country because we make bombs) is what theses kids need. Also followup by the courts ( which we don't have because we make bombs) so if they don't get with it, it's off to the slamber!
