Great collection. I see these from time to time around the country. Most people don't know the collections are worth $100K or more to a charity that accepts record donations. And god forbid you don't get an appraisal when the insurance company wants to give you $2.00 per record for flood or property damage.

The highest quality digital techniques, still, can not match the richness, depth, and faithful sound reproduction of vinyl (a trained ear can always tell). If only they weren't so fragile (and bulky!) I have crates of records that weigh 100lbs each!(A little difficult to bring to a party...) |
