For at least two months before their visits, it's pure panic and politics, eg - who's going to take them to lunch and how much tax-free cash you'll want to stuff in their pockets.

The cash, et al, are like bribes to get brownie points.

I was always jealous of them too. I didnt want tog ive up my whole life and live out of my car and have to show up and work day and night like they do and travel miles and miles every week and always be helping other people, but i did want the attention they got and the gifts people gave them. I never gave them anything though did you?

yes it is definitely me EE. The only people who get to go with the co or wife are the ones who ask, that is not fair.

The faithful and loyal witness knows that Satan is effective, thousands are disfellowshiped every year for conduct unbecoming a true Christian.

Those who leave on their own, do so because they cannot continue in God's service without his holy spirit, and if you lose Jehovah's holy spirit you cannot think spiritually anymore, you only think according to the flesh.

That means that you disfellowship yourself and you think thoughts influenced by Satan and not by influence of God's holy spirit.

Can a JW lose jehovahs holy spirit by disobeying the gb when they tell JWs not to post on forums where "apostates" are know to post?

I would think at that point, they already had.

Ran into one this morning that said the Law was abolished.

I said, "Show it to me."

They refused to open their Bible. Just said they wouldn't argue and had to respect other people's religions.

I found them to be the biggest hypocrites with huge egos who expected people to bow and kiss their rings when they entered a room.

Just like the Popes and Cardinals Jehovah's Witness envy so much.

I`m not being a wise guy, witness of Jehovah God, just asking a honest question. How is everlasting punishment that Jesus spoke of simply not knowing anything. That doesn`t seem like punishment since as far as I know we didn`t know anything for eternity before we were born?Thanks.
