Canal Winchester Village Council members have pledged not to accept the 25 percent raises they voted to give themselves this summer, after the mayor said he wouldn't take a raise.

We applaud you Mayor and council members of Canal Winchester. It seems some are more interested in governing than being professional politicians. Congratulations for being human and civic minded. If I lived in Canal Winchester you would have my vote.
