Turn In And Report Employers Who Hire Illegal Aliens

Both small and large businesses are equally notorious in the hiring of ILLEGAL aliens to avoid paying fair wages to its workers and to criminally evade the collection and payment of payroll taxes. Whether the business hires one ILLEGAL alien or several hundred, ICE and IRS want to know about it.

It is not required to provide your identity to ICE. All that is necessary to request an investigation by ICE is “mere suspicion” of employers hiring ILLEGALS. Yet, any kind of documentation or eye witness to such activities only increases the odds that they will act.

Both ICE and the IRS are especially interested in "visiting" those businesses that employ ILLEGALS "off the books" to avoid the payment of payroll taxes.

If you suspect or know of an individual, employer or business that is not complying with the U.S. tax laws, by making unreported cash payments to ILLEGALS you may also report this activity by sending an anonymous letter addressed to:

Please include the following information, if available:
Name and address of the person or business you are reporting;
The taxpayer identification number (social security number for an individual or employer identification number for a business) if available;
A brief description of the alleged violation, including how you became aware of or obtained the information;
How long the activity has been occurring;
The estimated dollar amount of any unreported income;
Your name, address and daytime telephone number (Although you are not required to identify yourself, it is helpful to do so. Your identity can be kept confidential. You may also be entitled to collect a reward.)

It's about time someone started taking this problem seriously! It's not just the fact that the employers are criminally evading the collection, and payment of payroll taxes! They are also taking thousands of jobs away from honest american people who need to work to feed their families!! My husband went to a construction site where they where building new condoes in Columbia by a golf corse east of Columbia on 70, and all you saw working mostly were alot of Mexicans. After searching for awhile we finally came upon some men who weren't Mexicans, and asked if they were hiring. Well, they weren't which is what we thought after seeing all the Mexicans. I'm not saying they were illegal, but it wouldn't surprise me none! If they weren't, it still pisses me off that they come here, and take all the jobs away from us!Then they send all their money back over to Mexico to their families! I hope they catch all these employers who are hiring them illigally

They don't do anything here in Burlington, VT. Why would ICE do anything anywhere else? And the Northeast Region is located here. Go figure.

Temporary staffing services all over the country are also to blame for so many illegals getting jobs! Here in Madison, Wisconsin, every employer who thinks they can get away with it hires illegals. Temporary staffing services have less risk of being prosecuted because federal agencies don't consider them to be a major source of employment for illegals. Anyone could see how wrong that mentality is.

What this country needs is a ten-year moratorium on immigration altogether. The US population went from 250 million in 1990 to a whopping 300 million in 2005. That's 50 million in just fifteen years! Conservatives love 'em because they work dirt cheap and they can pay them under the table. Liberals love 'em because they "add to the diversity of our communities." Uh, yeah right.

How much is enough?! Don't liberals and conservatives realize they are tearing this country apart at the seams? What are they gonna do to reverse the situation when no American citizen can get a job? How can they justify cramming millions of new immigrants into the US while jobs are disappearing every day?

This election year, I'm voting Libertarian. Liberals and conservatives will tell you a Libertarian candidate won't stand a chance, but considering the circumstances, I'm inclined to think otherwise. Bob Barr in '08!

I know of a man named Hassan Ebrahim who goes by several alias Dr. Sam, Sam or Ted he lives at 5534 Volta Ave Bladensburg MD 20710 his cell phone number is he hires illegals to work for him. He buys houses that are cheap and restores them and sells them for a profit. He goes by a certain place where he picks up these illegals and puts them to work for him he pays them under the table so to speak. He also calls me up to ask me to translate to the illegals for him and explain what he wants them to do. He uses people all the time he claims to have a 4.0gpa and that since he is very smart he knows how to do it without getting caught. He says these people poor, stupid and dum, and that they live in shacks all over Maryland. Hassan claims to be helping them but I say he is helping himself. He is originally from Iran and has been in the state of DC for quite some time. He knows how to get around and beat the system. He should be arrested and fined for all the years he has been hiring illegas. He claims to have seven different cars and 12 to 13 homes at the moment. Some he sells and others he rents.I hope someone like the IRS or ICE will check this out soon enough I called them but they never answer what a shame. Who knows how many others like Hassan are out there.

we shouldn't stop there, i would encourage you to take a closer look at a very popular asian restaurant in warrensburg. i know for a fact that they cycle thru many illegals. i also have a feeling that these illegals don't leave with all the money they have been promised.

I am from Mckinney Tx theres a company named staff right. This copamy should be investigated they are down right discriminating on blacks and whites to hire illegals. I went in three times in one month and was denied an application. I was told theres no openings but witnesed two haspanic filling out application. Then i asked manager of the office why i treated rude and denied a chance to even fill out a application. She could not give good answer i really felt discouraged. The company staff right hires for is 9O percent illegal immagrants something needs to done or this will continue thanks for listening please help.
