This wouldnt happen if parents would slow down and actually pay attention to their children Im thankful he will be ok.

All the laws in the world can not prevent stupidity and carelessness. Lock up the father for child abuse.

Who is worse, the father who gets angry and beats his child or the father who ignores his child and just runs him over?
