Are the Danbury missing boys Father really suing Stokes County?

Someone told me they heard on the news that the missing little 3 and 4 year old boys that went missing early 07 has a Father that is suing the county. They told me the Father said he had ask for help from the county, but recieved none. I have my own opinion on this and would like to talk to others concerning this. I heard when I was searching for the boys, there was to be a court hearing for custody and the Mom would probably get it on the very day the boys left, saying, "We are going to find our Mama". True?? I know the Grandmother said, "Yes, they get whipings"! They stayed with her, around 60 years old and Grandpa about 73 years old I KNOW, the store and restuarant said, the 3 and 4 year olds had walked ALONE to the store, the restuarant, mora tock park, and the store at mora tock park. NOW what parent would let their children do this at this age? Also, there are huge drop off clifts in the area they walked ALONE! Yes, poor Grampa. THE ONLY ONE I SAW TEARS FROM and the Daddy saying on the news, "AT least now I know where my kids are" HE was white and his X wife lived with a black man or did at the time. HE DIDn't want his kids to go live with her for WHAT reason? Will anyone ever know the truth of all the unsolved deaths in our county..!!!ONE person living in the area said, "I would just like to know WHY WHY WHY little boys like that would run every time the door was open! They had lots of toys strowed threw the yard, but never really got to enjoy them or their little innocent lives.

Its the mom who is sueing. for $10,000. First she has she has the nerve to sue. If this woman would have been a decent parent in the first place, she would have had her kids. I hope the father and mother know, they are the reason that those boys died, NOT the grandparants. NO ONE knows what life those boys had, because noone cared until it was to late.

The boy's parents are divorced, and the lawsuit is being filed on behalf of the estate of Jeffrey and Jacob White. The boys were placed in temporary custody of their father's parents because there was an investigation into claims of domestic violence at home. The boys were with their grandparents for four months at the time they went missing.

there is a lot of things that happen in the boys life. they were loved very much. the only problem is too many people know nothing about what was going on. If the father and mother had acted as adults then the boys would probly still be here. the grandparents are the ones that hurt and are still hurting over their deaths. did mom and dad act the way that they should have, no. should anyone make money from their death, no way. how long do the grandparents have to keep living this death again and again. jw and jacab are happier now where they are then they could have ever been in this life. God may have took they from this life to keepthem from going thru something worst in this life.

YES, these boys are in HEAVEN, BUT as anyone else THEY deserved a long HAPPY life! Grandpa was the ONLY one who showed any remorse! The Dad never cried that I saw in person nor on TV. There is something wrong with that!! AND there is something wrong with the "spare the rod spoil the child" crap that some people believe means to beat the ....out of your child. A child can NOT be spoiled by LOVE! These poor innocent boys found their way to the RIVER??? Drowned?? ON THEIR ON?? I will never believe or understand how they were found together! HOW? IN THE swift current after all those days!! NO real investigation! Too many unsolved deaths in my opinion! Sad, so very sad..IF you whip your children..please think about what you are doing. A child does not learn anything from being hit!

the so called mother is sueing stokes county dss for putting the boys in a better place because she was no mother to the,she just used the boys and her daughter to get welfare. she has the galls to sue dss when she still sit on her but nd gets welfare.she has no one to blame but her self,because if she would have stand home and been a mother to all her kids they would not have been took by dss.the father of her daughter ahs coustdy of her.she called dss on her self and had the kids took on may 2 2006.so she's the one to blame for any wrong doing.she should not get any money or anything eles from those children passing.the way she is putting it 10,000 is all her boys were worth to her.the grandparents did nothihg wrong they have raised those boys off and on there whole lifes as short as they may have been they took care of them not there so called mother.

They were found together because they were ALWAYS together. THink about this if you can look beyond your ignorant nose & listen to the truth!!! These boys were very much loved by their grandparents & everyone else in their family. You acted as if the age of the grandparents was an issue in your previous post, well its not, I was raised with older parents and did not have any issues with that. You may choose to say that the father of these boys did not shed a tear, I beg to differ, he shed plenty as did the rest of the family, he never slept until after those boys were found. You can think all you want to that he had something to do with it but he did not, he loved & still loves his children & they were not abused, spanking a child is not abusing them. If it is, we are all guilty. I think too many people who dont really know what happened want to judge others and you shouldn't. What if it were you & you lost your kids? You know maybe you should have found out the real TRUTH before you spoke & if you wanna say anything in responce to this post please feel free to as Im sure you probably will. Please LEAVE the father & his family ALONE!!

you dont know what the fuck you are talking about she was one of the best moms around those boys knew there alphabet and numbers by the time they were 2, and they never went around dirty or shabby. keep your nose in your own damn bussiness. if it wasnt for there sorry dad they would still be here

i was there in person throughout the search for my nephews and i saw more than what you people think you saw. everyone in the family cryed and grieved over j.w and jacob. thier mother is still torn up over it all. My sister went back to jeffery white because she thought the boys needed there mother and father together. But that broke a restraining order which is why the childern were took. My sis was not living with a black man in fact she wasn't living with anyone. she was there in 15 minutes from walkertown when she found out her boys was missing. she was not allowed to search for her childern (authority's wouldn't let her). she took great care of them boys. I will be the first to admit i didnt spend the time with them when i had the chance and now that is one of my biggest regrets.But the way i look at it all the truth of what happen will haunt those who know the truth of what really happend and they will get what they deserve, But the boy have been put to rest so why not let them rest in peace and let the family greive in peace.This matter of sueing is nobody's bussiness but the mother and fathers.

Bottom line: SOCIAL SERVICES in Stokes county sux.They will not do anything to help a person who needs it. ask around you will see what im saying

for anybodys info our boys were dearly loved by both sides of the family so if you cant say anything nice dont say anything mommy loves you jw & jacob yeah i know always drama in stokes county thats why mommy is moving

its a shame what some of the kids in this county have to go thru with NO help from DSS. DSS in Stokes county is a disgrace. period. What happened to those 2 boys was a tragedy . They claim to care about what happens to kids and that they are doing everything they can , but its not true, they could do more . Kids shouldnt have to live around drugs and fighting. Kids need a stable home life . Ask around Stokes county and you will see that DSS is a joke , anyone that has had any dealings with them will tell you that , someone has to get hurt or die before anything is done .

Last week Stokes County had a 8 year old girl in their custody in a foster home. The county and new counselor put her on addenall a anphedemine because she isn't a quite little girl. To much work for the foster parent apparently.
The natural mother was never told the 8 tear old was in a hospital for a week according to Stokes county tried to harm herself or others.
This county loves to loose records and misplace them. Easier for them to put children up for adoption to save the county money than actually try to reunify (help the family) with the parents.
Also judge powell is related by marriage to a social worker on this case.
Alot of fishy things and coverups going on in this county beware.

What they saw was only what was on T.V.
They are ignorant to what really went on. I am sorry for your family to have to go threw this. I also apologize for the ignorant comments on thsi site. Know it alls! who no nothing!
