Stockton's Graffiti Problem Under New Attack

The problem here is that you all will not differentiate between tagging and art. In my I believe in freedom of expression and and freedom of property. I never paint on private property and I never paint anything offensive. My art only improves the view. We wil not go quietly.

You dont paint private property --> GREAT
Dont paint public property --> GREAT
Wanna paint stuff??? Go buy your own stuff to paint!
Too poor to buy you own stuff to paint, then get a job, or a 2nd job or a 3rd job. WOrk until you can buy you own crap to paint, or dont paint at all.
