PME is a crap company don't rent from them, they won't answer you repair calls, won't finish move in repairs and then charge you for the still broken sh!t when you move out.

They NEVER return your phone calls. They illegally sent my mathematically wrong security deposit back 6 weeks late.

There are better people to rent from. Stockton is full of criminals and some of them are at PME.

PME , Owner Terri Hall senior should be shut down after he still owes me money from old work... I cleaned for Pme and they havent returned my calls or even a letter.. Im owed all the way back from nov 2007, PME Is Huge But sniffers.. Bad company, real bad, like so bad....they riped me off.....

i so agree, i used to work with them too, i quit, they are the worst, terri hall sr. is a theif all the way.. they have horrible cockroaches in there rentals too. we should all take them to court... I have proof i been paid from some jobs with them 6 months later....

They're scam artists. Maria you should complain to the BBB about them, they might be able to help you. Their rating on the BBB by the way is unsatisfactory--not a shock!

We have lived in MANY different places because of my Husbands job and we have never encountered anything like these people. I would say that the place we were robbed at treated us better than PME ever treated us.

I have called them like 50 times in the past few months and I hate hearing the recording "marleen, receptionist." Her voice just drives me crazy and she sounds sooooo fake.
