man DONT FROM STOCKTON your so dumb bro. 5000-10000 dollar fines? are you serious? taking the license away for 5 years? YOUR SO STUPId for that one. why the heck would someone get their license taken away for graffiti, why dont you say that people who break traffic laws should get their license taken away? doesnt that make more sense you idiot.
