A tarp is dropped from the top of Pullen Hall at the University of Maine at Presque Isle on Friday to unveil the IT Men - two giant, 20-foot-tall, lime green traffic control figures constructed out of plywood that once stood at the concert gates of the IT music festival put on by Phish in August, 2003.
