A pleasure to work with and buy from. Before using First Union, I had just about given up on not getting ripped off by new and used auto dealers. Then, on ebay, I met Lisa of First Union. Honest, caring, polite, excellent coordination and service, prompt communications......WOW! This is only place to purchase your vehicle. She will get more business from me. She should get your business, too.

I bought a Mitsubishi Eclipse from this car lot in January and first thing that happened is the car BROKE DOWN within the fist HOUR of me driving it off the lot! They did fix what was wrong with it then (the fuel pump or something like that) but not without me having to be without a car for an additional 4 days. Now here it is the first of April and 6 weeks from the date of purchase and the engine IS BLOWN!!!!!! The owner did tell me when it broke down the day that I bought it that he would warranty the car in case something else happened because he wanted "his customers to be happy" but now states that it has been too long though I have put less than 4000 miles on the car!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE AS THEY OBVIOUSLY HAVE NO CONSIDERATION OF PEOPLE STRUGGLING IN THESE ECONOMIC TIMES AND JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!

i am the owner and operator at this automobile dealer ship and what i would like to add is this mitsuibishi is a 9 year old vehicle with a 132k plus and sold it to the customer for around 3,000 and to top that off they didnt have all the money so being the good person i am i financed the rest and cannot warranty an older car. i specialize in high line vehicles late models and these people have tried to be ugly by typing in on this web site and thats okay too because i have 842 100% positive feedbacks on ebay with happy customers. this is what you get when people would like to extort you. When you do wrong by people bad things happen. God has been good to us. I will not let someone try to run over us to take advantage when we have done nothing wrong but try and buy the car back immediately and NO, they didn't want to do that. Just purchased a 2006 Acura RSX from Lisa at First Union Automotive. It was the best buying experience I have ever had. Lisa & company are honest, have quality cars and do indeed provide excellent customer service. On top of that, they sell cars at very resonable prices, even auction on ebay without a reserve. Excellent service, honest 1st class folks, quality cars and you also save big dollars - it doesn't get any better. They even picked me up at the airport when I came to take delivery of the car. I highly recommend as do hundreds of previous customers. If you don't deal with First Union Automotive you paid too much!
