Man accused of stealing recyclables

If a dog bites a "recycler" in the patootie at 5 am and causes permanent injury to the buttocks area...would there be any need to bother the cops. Really, why don't we have the right to protect ourselves against the indignity of being disturbed at 5 am for an hour I have seen this guy in CM He used to rummage for hours on Sunday afternoon in summer...raising a fetid stink! One day i said," hey, cool it!....he said,"I got to feed my family"Say it loud.....JUNKIE!!!
When the bum has the quick answer at the ready...you know he's a BUM!
This guy is a nuisance...and the PD have protected him for years...no poopoo. Only REPEATED and i mean DOZENS of call to pd have achieved his arrest. The SAPD claimed in their log that they were "unable to locate" this guy DOZENS of times...citizens were terrorized ceaselesly. Hundreds lost sleep. The pd had given him carte blanche to "feed his arm....family of veins...whatever".
Why does the SAPD give certain crooks a pass? Why? Why do the residents of San Anselmo tolerate such a weak force? Dogs running in the park everyday, children smoking in front of Safeway everyday, addicts camping in the hills and under bridges everyday. Why the brand new cars? New bikes?
They need this gear? You think it will make them more effective?
Why not change police chiefs and other manageement. I think its time for change from the top down with the SAPD. Do we need another bank robbery to show us how misspent our tax dollars have been? Or perhaps another mental patient will "die by cop". Maybe your loved one...or mine. It just seems to me that for the last 10 years or so...San Anselmo has gone to hell. Have you seen the bum traffic on SFD...from St Vincents to the Red Hill campsite...bring the HOOCH!

The other morning i saw a punklet urinating off the balcony at 770 SFD at 5 am.
The police are turning SA into the new 4th st.
We need younger, yes, younger police executives.Why? Because the one we have is from a generation just before the big change in computerized police tech...so he is just plain...outta time! He does not "get" the new machinery. He is out of sinc with the current trend of society. He does not understand the new theories of crime prevention. I mean it. You are getting rooked. You could have amuch better bang for your buck, SA taxpayer. Watch Oaktown change with the new guy. You will see a dramatic improvement all round. It's science. Police work is scientific...our guy is not a scientist.They are your banks...your disabled relatives...your kids who must fear homeless and stray dogs. It's your money. Again, this bust came only after DOZENS of UNADRESSED incidents of recycle theft that had been deemed "UTL".."unable to locate"...it means"we didn't feel like looking", in English. Yes WE CAN!

With the SAPD, who you are trumps the law...period. That's why all these kids are little Hitlers...they learned it from cops and other unionized public servants..teachers mainly. Your unions have insulated you from reality..that you kids do not get america at all. They are like cowed prisoners. With the police state we live in..what do you expect? You hired cops who act like thugs..now your kids don't trust YOU. Good job SA parents! You realize these cops do NOT live here..doncha? they live in Vallejo, San Ramon, Nowhereland (in Marinspeak). They really just work here. They are NOT members of OUR community. They are imported labor...fact. So, psychologically, you think they LIKE you..SA RESIDENT?

See, these guys subconsciously WANT you to suffer. Really. Hey, they gotta work in those heave vests all day or night..revolving shifts. They gotta pay you back somehow for that long drive from Nowhereland.
A few are kinda cute though...especially that blonde seargant with the tight black pants on the Harley...but i digress...he IS hot...Ill stop.

The cops don't bother with nuisances until they get several complaints because there isn't much that can be done. They write them a ticket there is no reason to book them it an infraction no jail time if found guilty. More like a speeding ticket he goes to the counter and works out a payment plan and then goes to collect more cans to pay off the fine.

If the cops already have checked him and know he is clean no record and just a nuisance they will leave him alone and focus resources on more pressing problems and areas that need more police presence then the subarbs and rich areas where you are bothered by sound

Thank you SAPD for this action and encouraging others to report such incidences. I hate creepy crawlers on our property. It's not cute; it's not funny; it's not acceptable.

You are correct, sir! It is no acceptable. It is a ridiculous security breach to allow this AT ALL. Why? If dumpster diving is not prosecuted...it gives the "green recycler" a reason to be on your property in perpetuity. Uninvited! Seems like a bum magnet policy. It will bring bums on your prop.
