Would someone please ask Mr. Pickens to ask the City of Stillwater to allow trick-or-treating be held on the traditional date of Halloween? I would love to attend the Town Hall, but since the City in its infinite wisdom decided to change the day for Halloween observance (only a week or so before) I have to be home getting the kids ready to trick or treat on a school night that it is going to have 90 percent rain.
