Why aren't we more excited about Michele Bachmann for President of the United States?

Sound Off blog by Don Heinzman - - Michele Bachmann for President? Why aren't we more excited about someone from our own Sixth Congressional District getting national attention for a presidential bid? After all, she graduated from Anoka Hgh School, and came out of Stillwater to run for the Minnesota Legislature.

She even does not know that there is no USSR since 1991. How is it possible to run a country without knowing the basics?
