Do you think it's wrong?

Just wondering how many others this would upset if it happened to them. Someone in that area posted an ad for help in a regional newspaper. You see the ad, respond, call a couple days later to check,and get told they hired someone. Then a couple days later they call and say that the individual took another position and wanted to do an interview. So that weekend you drive 1 hour to the interview, which lasts almost 1 hour, then drive the 1 hour home with your hopes high. THEN two days later you get a generic letter in the mail saying sorry we got your application and decided to hire someone else. Now you have to wonder if this letter was sent before or after the interview, so you call, ONLY to be told that well we had already decided on someone else when we were interviewing you. Now would that upset you???? After all they had the number they could have at least called before all the time and money was wasted.

Now i'm so thankful I did not get this job! Turns out it was definately not the right place for me! Not after the news i've gotten since the interview.
