Well, either you believe these well spoken politicians or your do not. I personally have voted certain members of them out as they deserve to be dumped, regally.

Reed: In the last three years I have seen both the quality and quantity of the work of the police department rise. I have been and always will be a proponent of 24-hour police protection. Unfortunately our budget will not allow for an increase in manpower to accomplish this. In order to get 24-hour police protection the borough has, in my opinion, only 2 options. One would be to raise taxes to the point where we could sustain a 24/7 force. To me this option is totally unacceptable and one that I won't even consider. The other, which I wholeheartedly support is to continue to contract services to neighboring municipalities with the ultimate goal of getting enough contract hours to be able to reach 24/7 coverage or possible forming a regional department.I'm sorry I voted for Reed

The Clowns in uniform it is one of the largest wastes of money in the county and yet seems like people don’t care or just don't give a dam. I thought the People in Stewartstown were smarter than that guess not. Why can’t they see there a total over head and an unnecessary tax burden? And just look what is roomed to be going on in the borough office my God wake up people.
