This place sucks! They had my laptop for 2 weeks and did not touch it at all. I can understand being busy but not neglecting paying customers for this long. Don't waste your time taking your computer here. Oh yeah and they do not answer the phone.... ever.

This place is really great. They fixed my computer twice. They are very nice and actually talk to you not just push you away. They are very helpful also. They held my comptuer for 2 days and then 5 the second time. I suggest this place to drop of your infected computers.

You can try to take your computer to one of the big chain stores and they will ship it overseas... see how long that takes and you'll pay twice as much
