Wow...This reminds me of when I was a little girl living in Reggio Calabria, Italy. I do recall my parents and grandparents never went to a store buy food. We had our own garden back yard with chickens, roosters, rabbits, sheeps. We can't forget the fig, oliva, organge trees.

Home made wheat bread, pastas, wine and we can't forget the home Italian sauce.

Came to United States when I was 6 1/2 yrs old. To live the American Dream -

my father is 83 years old, and he gets in his car every day and comes over to his garden at my house, having a garden in stamford is no new act for many people here, growing up in stamford, many of us had gardens, and its still continuing today, its the new wave of generation in this area, and people, that lessened it, when the rich moved in, and pushed the middle class out..because that is stamford.

Daily Horoscope for January 5

Virgo

You aren't fooling anyone - it's easy for everyone else to see that inexperienced people are unaware of their obligations, Virgo. You're grumpy about starting a familiar process from the beginning again, but don't let that get in the way of getting on with it. Sour grapes have no place in your daily dealings. Although you may 'own' a project, it's ultimately in the hands of someone else. Deal with it and then move on.
