Mo. Cop Not Charged In Fatal Shooting

Bill I think you don't know what you are talking about you were not there and I think you need to keep your mouth shut until you know the whole story. You and your family needs to leave it alone. All you know is what the family said, and I think that your family dont even know what happened.

Excuse you...what is your name by the way?Were you one of the witnesses?UM NO you were NOT!My aunt and cousin witnessed the WHOLE ENTIRE thing..you have no idea what you are talking about.You only know the the newspapers have said.So I really dont think you know what your talking about this is a terrible situation for the town of Ste.Genevieve.The police are to protect and that night they took away ALL of my uncles rights.We not only had two witsesses but we had three...GOD.So how would you know that my family has "no idea" what they're talking about?My aunt was standing right beside when this officer SHOT and KILLED my uncle.So if you would next time get all the correct information before you go and run your mouth and things you DO NOT know!SO if you would please leave this alone because its my family not yours.Thanks have a great day and GOD BLESS YOU!

un named or as you should be called no balls i have the compleat police report you want to read it tell me why second officer gives 3 differnt statments when some one is standing over you how does bullet travel down. not my opinion it is in black and white

Unname i dont think you know what your talking about!I was there during the night of the shooting!I am Dennis's niece and was a witness! I was there and i didnt see you there so you wouldn't even know what took place! Until you have had a family member shot in front of your eyes don't try to tell me what happened.
Maybe you would be more inclined to agree if it was your uncle instead of mine.

I am Heb's nephew Alex, and i have a few words i would like to say about the shooting, and about officer Coon. The shooting was a wrong full death, and the city cop had not right beging out past city limits! Other people in Ste. Gen have contacted the family about the night of the shooting and what happened at the stop light in front of the hospital, supposally during the "high speed chase." This person, saying "The cop was riding Hebs ass backing off and repeatingly hirazing my uncle." I have been pulled over by Coon, and i say this out of my opion that he is a cocky SOB!!! I hope officer Coon's goes threw the suffering and pain that are family has incountered, of loosing a family member and friend. Justice will be served!!!!

I am Erika one of Heb's nieces too. I was not there when he was shot but I know this story like the back of my hand. Coon should be ashmaed of himself! My uncle broke NO LAWS and was unarmed. My family will not give up until justice is served. Coon is a awful, cocky, and arrogent person. I hope to god he knows what his gotten himself into. Whoever unname aka NO BALLS is better watch his mouth because he has NO idea what his talking about.

I know that heb would never ever hurt anyone. He was a great guy. He broke NO LAWS and he was UNARMED. How can coon lay his head down at night knowing that he killed somebody for no reason. i hope that the family will not give up cause i know that it aint over yet. How can coon live the rest of his life like this.

I would like to express my feelings on this situtation and hopefully you Mr. Noname will realize that not only what you said was hurtful but wrong. My uncle may have been mentally ill but he was a great man. My uncle loved everyone and would do anything for anyone. Uncle Heb walked the neighborhood kids up to the bus stop every morning to make sure they made it on the bus okay (the bus stop is on a busy highway). My uncle mowed lawns around the neighborhood for people who were too old to do it themselves or couldn't afford a lawn mower. My uncle loved his family and friends and would have done anything for any of us and I had never doubted that for a second. I was three hours away at college when I recieved a phone call from my mom who was crying so hard and couldn't speak that my father got handed the phone so that he could tell me the story of my uncle getting shot by a cop and was being flown to the hospital. My father proceeded to tell me that my uncle was 8-10 feet away from them on a stretcher and they wouldn't let my family see him before he was flown off. When you get a phone call late at night three hours away with no family around you and learn that your two younger cousins and aunt had seen your uncle forced to the ground by two other police officers and no other forced was used before he was shot you may have a say in this matter. But until then I would appreciate it if you would keep your ignorant comments to yourself. It was not very long later that I recieved another call from my 14 year old cousin (a witness) crying hysterically telling me that my uncle had died. I dropped everything....packed....and drove home three hours at 2 in the morning. Until you cry all the way home from college thinking "What happened?" "Why would a cop shoot someone who is mentally ill and unarmed?" then you can judge. I later learned that the police chief of the town was telling my family not to go up and see him at the hospital that he would be fine...it wasn't worth it. The crime scene was cleaned up within an 5 hour time period. Some things were left out of the reports that my family gave. My grandmother who has cancer and is taking chemotherapy was shoved outside within a minute after all this happened without any shoes or anything. When you lose an uncle, brother, son, etc. because a cop that was out of his jurisdiction and didn't use any other form of defense first kills one of your family members then you can speak to me and my family about how we "should" feel or do. When you see your grandma lose balance and cry more than you have ever seen anyone cry because her son was shot for no reason and now is getting away with it then you can make your comments justified Mr. Noname. Also, you seem to think that we have no clue what we are talking about but we do have the report and the officers have changed their stories many times. Also, I am going to go out on a limb here and guess that all that your really know about this situation is what you have heard from other people and what you have seen in the media. Well just to let you know Ste. Genevieve is one of the biggest gossip towns and people are going to talk and of course the stories are going to get messed up. Also the media goes off of what other people say. So until you have personally gone through what my family has gone through these past few months I would appreciate it if you would keep your ignorant mouth shut. My family has been through alot and we don't need people who weren't even there and don't even know the full situtation telling us how to feel. What we feel is that this was wrong and never should have happened! I miss my uncle and justice will be served. When you are afraid of the cops in your hometown because they are too gun happy.....then you can tell me "how to feel"!!!!! God Bless You

Mr. Unname I dont know who you are but I think that it was really rude what you told the family. I also think the next time you want to say something maybe y ou should tell them face to face.....or are you too scared....ummmm I really dont know.....And have you ever thought about putting your name... What is wrong you dont want people to know it is you..... For one Bill does know what he is talkin about and Maybe you are the one that dont know....You werent there at the time when Dennis was killed so you SHOULD KEEP YOUR MOUTH CLOSED! If you got to knew him, you would have loved him just like everybody else does.....

Coon should take a lie detector test about the shooting and his injury from the shooting. Coon's account does not fit with the witness or the bullet hole evidence or even common sense, he is a liar.

I live in town and have been following this story. This is incredible to me how much the power the police have and how much they get away with. I don't know what that cop was thinking. I think it is outrageous that he is not charged with murder or in the very least manslaughter. I was amazed when I read that this officer is moving out of the area because his wife, who is a trooper, conveniently got a promotion..hmmm?? And what the hell kind of injuries can he have??? What the hell!!!! He should not have been there first of all. How did he get hurt. I guess it is dangerous and hazardous to kill private citizens in cold blood. I hope this haunts him for the rest of his life. I hope he never works in a position of authority again and I hope and pray and wish for him to be CHARGED AND SERVE TIME. This town is ridiculous and I cannot wait to move.
