7 Charged With DWI Last Night

Publishing people's names after an infraction of "the law" & I use this term loosely, is plain stupid. Not only do the papers publish their address, but the offense. I know about freedom of speech, but to me the north country is just carried away. We should be focused on much bigger problems than this. For instance, all the people screwing our system & getting "disablilty" because they have OUTSMARTED the state workers.. Have a nice day

to michele,ot only should you post the names,also pictures of the people whom have gotten dwi"susually these people end up killing people on the the road and they are trash..

michele,yes they should publish names,and pictures of these idiots whom drink and drive,and usually end up killing innocent people,these people are trash,and should be treated as such,lets quit being politicly correct and also if they didnt do a plea bargain,most of you friends would be in jail....have a good one

st lawrence county has more drunk drivers than any other county in NYS .. They let them go to repeat their offenses , even if the hit a child on a snow mobile and run home to cover the truck with deer hair and blood. Yet they PUT ALL the money into breaking into homes over WEED. Talk about an ignorant backwood mentality.

if someone is driving who can't even walk, then yes, you should nail them. But when a person gets a dwi because they had 3 beers after work, and got pulled over for a licence plate light being out... they shouldn't be considered "trash"

they are pushing dwi;s for more tax money for the state,

Why not? If they are driving while intoxucated they deserve everything they get. Intoxicated is intoxicated.Wake up.

if I had 3 beers I would be plenty drunk ..only alcohalics have a tolerance ..or think they do. People have been killed by drunks with only one beer in the gullet

Why are all you people so upset at the drunks in the town. did they take your birthday away or something? whats wrong with someone stopping for a drink or two dozon on there way home from "work". hell i'm drinking and typing right now. is that going to be illegal someday too? but for real i will never get caught drinking and driving. i will drink first and then drive.

being a junkie is nothing to brag about..youre no better than a heroine junkie you just choose to drink your drug instead of shooting it. Kill one of my friends or children and you'll be eating through a straw ..if you ever get to eat again

I think people Who drink and drive should get alot more than a slap on the hand . I think our laws should change against drunk drivers they should get in as much trouble as a druggie Cause usually there a drunk thats even strung out to at the same time.What is happening to our world now days .PLUS I THINK PARENTS WHO ARE DRUNK TAKING CARE OF KIDS SHOULD LOOSE THERE CHILDREN SPECIALLY WHEN THERE NOT EVEN WATCHING THEM AND THERE OUT DOORS AT THE AGE OF 8 to 10 at 2 in the morning

I am from the old school. One or two drinks were enough for the night, maybe three. However, now, with these drunk driving laws it's impossible for a hard working woman to go out and have a beer, without calling a cab to gat home. After paying a babysitter, and buying pizza, on the money I get paid to put up with everyone's b.s. It's HARD!
I truly feel for all you young ladies out there.
