Is friendship really that hard to come by in this town? are there really good people around here that wont judge me? I am so tired of seeing all the listings of drugs users and shit like that of people who want to start gossip but, no one is willing to take the time to know good people.. gossip gossip gossip.. that's all i ever hear. I was asking for help and a good conversation yet all people want to do is call me clueless and funny.. It is wrong that a person cannot even fit into a town because all everyone wants to do is judge her! What the hell have i done to you people for you to not even speak to me?

I have lived here all my life and I can tell you that this trashy website does not reflect the majority of the county's population. Please heed my warning: Don't come to Topix and expect a total discussion of a serious nature. There are people posting things on this forum that would never repeat it in public also.

Serious said it best, dont come to a trash site and expect to see great things! I have also lived here all my life and the only reason I get on here is for a good laugh! Even when I read someones name listed as the biggest ho, druggie or whatever I know to not beleive it unless I see it with my own eyes. This is nothing but a gossip site for cowards. But I will also say that if you do not like our little community then please leave. Why would you want to stay in a place that you see such negativity in?

@ Kunga, you come off being pretty negative towards Powell countians so you are just getting the same in return. Your religion teaches you about this so its up to you to break the cycle. No one here on topix has said anything about you but you constantly remind everyone here about supossed rumors and lies being told on you. Its like your trying to keep things going for some attention.

I agree, in some of her post's that I have seen she seems very negative towards people from Powell. And I read where she is basically saying all people of stanton care about are drugs. Really?!?! are you serious? I have lived in Powell county all 26 years of my life and not ONCE have I ever taken any kind of drugs or drank anything either! Heck I wont even hardly take a Tylenol!

you should also be frustrated with your space key apparently. lol.

I really don't think people are that judgmental here. Don't be a pill head and don't steal stuff and you'll pretty much be left alone. If that's too much for you, move.

Check with the Stanton Fire Department or have you already burnt that bridge to friendship ?? It appears you started a gossip post about them or is the pot calling the kettle black ?? Just wondering...

My husband and I do not do drugs and we do not steal... but yet, people still seem to judge us because I am different. My husband and I are trying to find some odd jobs around here but so much stands up against us and I cannot figure out why.
I know that I am judged as an outsider because I am Tibetan Buddhist. I do not have the same beliefs. I am a big city girl and I think differently. I will say what is on my mind and I expect people to treat me with respect just as I do them. I do not plan to move. My husband and I have a house and we are happy here with his family and my family. But, it would be nice to go into town and meet smiling faces instead of faces wondering who I am and looks from strangers that say get out of my town. It hurts.. Thank you everyone for your support. And I know this webpage is used to trash so many people but I know if people would learn to use it as a good resource that it was meant to be, there could be some good come from it!:D ( food for thought!)

This is Pocat lets talk about fat, ugly or bad haircut. The person that wrote that probably has all three problems. That does not mean Kunga Lhamo has that problem. Since you have that ugly, fat, and bad hair cut maybe you should hide from public veiw.No mor trashing please. This bull has to stop.

kind of.... to be honest.. I wear my mala and i do act and dress differently.. so yes.. people can tell I have a different belief but I also do not hide my beliefs either.. :D I am who I am.. what I do not understand is why one must be judged. I was not here 1 week and my now husband was told he needed to leave me if he wanted back on the fire department.. that is pretty wrong if you ask me.

Topix is a whipping post. You will find no sympathy or friends here. You will only be discouraged further by the haters that frequent this site. There is a group of people here that hate Christians and people of faith. They despise the churches and anything they do.

America was born a Western Christian republic but is being transformed into a multiracial, multicultural, multilingual, multiethnic stew of a nation that has no successful precedent in the history of the world. America is in the process of making Caucasian America a minority.

America is going through a tumultuous change for Caucasians. They are losing their country and becoming second-class citizens. The government is forcing them to embrace diversity and has passed laws to protect the minorities. A white male in America is a second-class citizen and has a dim future.

Peace.

I will first say that I am a born and raised caucasian American. I understand how you are feeling about the changes in America. I'm still rather young, but things have changed alot from the way I knew them 15 years ago. You should be looking back over a timeline of Immigration to America. In 1492 Columbus sailed from Spain and landed in America. 1513 Columbus was joined by Juan Ponce de Leon and made their way through the Caribbean and the East Coast of Florida. It was 1565 when the spanish established the settlement of Saint Agusutine in Florida, which happens to be the oldest know settlement in North America. It wasn't until 1584, 19 years after Spain's 1st settlement, that the British establish a claim in America, and a few years later Roanoke became the 1st British settlement, which ended in failure. 1598 the Spanish establish the colony of New Mexico, 1604 the French establish Acadia(in Canada). England didn't have another settlement, until 1607,(42 yrs after St. Augustine for Spain)

So in a sense if America had never been invaded with outsiders we would be Native American and if was 1st come 1st serve based on the thought of white people...you would be sadly mistaken to think you would be white. You and I would be speaking in Spanish tongue right now. America was and is a blend of forign immagrants from different parts of the world, The only thing that causes you to correlate Caucasion and English speanking with being a true American is because out base point of law and government came from the colonies established by the the English. Fact is France, Spain, England, and the Netherlands all launched major colonization programs in the US, there was lots of stealing, trading, buying and selling of US land between the settlers and anything could have happend. We would not be here today had it not been for the people here yesterday. It really is time to stop being so narrow minded and see things for what they are, and that is ever changing.

Do you know the history of the Native American Indians?
Ask an Indian what happens when you don't control immigration.
There is a action plan to lessen the power and influence of Caucasians in America.

It is too obvious that you do not see nor want to see what is happening to America.

You are very similar to an Opossum . Shut your eyes roll over and play dead and the threat will hopefully go away.

There are 40,000 white farmers in South Africa. Over 1200 have been brutally murdered since 1994 - the year the Marxist African National Congress, backed by the United Nations, European Union, Russia, China and the U.S. State Department, took power.
Add to this another 6,000 attacks and the white Boer Afrikaner farmer is easily the highest at-risk murder group on Earth. The ANC has responded to this crisis by blaming whites and putting a ban on crime statistics because they scare off foreign investment.
"I won't hold my breath waiting for Oprah to call, or Jesse Jackson, Jimmy Carter or Al Sharpton," Coetzee told WorldNetDaily.
"It's politically correct to kill whites these days.

The mayor of Clay City's son is a Buddhist and I've never known anyone to give him a hard time. We also have our very own Buddhist temple on Hardwicks Creek. Maybe there is something else about your personality that people don't like.
