A nationwide GPS satellite tracking network has been made available to "community gang stalkers" who hide behind federal- and county-funded volunteer organizations and public safety agencies such as fire departments and police auxiliaries. These organizations provide taxpayer-funded vehicles and gasoline to a squad of hundreds of vigilante volunteers, who seem to delight in "swarming the target" when signal from a secreted GPS device planted in their vehicles shows up in the so-called "crown of evil" GPS video screen of the stalkers. Some stalkers cause auto accidents and attempt to provoke confrontations that will draw police attention. The apparent motive: to portray the persecuted as mentally unbalanced. This vehicle stalking causes a public safety hazard as vigilante squads violate the civil and human rights of their prey -- many, if not most, of whom are upstanding citizens who were wrongly or maliciously targeted. Victims say the gang stalkers also make surreptitious entry into their homes to vandalize property and personal effects, and to leave tell-tale signs that the privacy of their targets has been violated -- a form of psychological harassment known as "gaslighting" (after the classic Ingrid Bergman movie of the same name, in which an evil husband manipulates his wife's environment to make her think she is going crazy). Every law enforcement agency in the nation is likely to know about the GPS-enabled stalking system and the community gang stalking -- what some insiders call "the torture matrix." The Bush torture memos specifically cited anti-stalking laws as being exempt from enforcement when "terrorism" was suspected. Portraying the "targets" as mentally unsound also appears to be the goal of what amounts to an American "slow-kill" genocide: The covert assault of these "targeted individuals" with classified, hi-tech microwave radiation weapons and devices referred to by officialdom as supposedly non-lethal "directed energy weapons." The benign nomenclature notwithstanding, these powerful microwave weapons can stun, injure, induce illness, and, depending on exposure levels, kill. Victims say the weapons are being used on the "targets" to induce symptoms of mental illness and cognitive impairment -- in a campaign to have them declared mentally ill and thus "neutralized." These are crimes against humanity, enabled by federal programs and policies that have co-opted and corrupted local law enforcement, which is dependent upon federal funding from the agencies that devised these "programs of personal destruction." It is time for local authorities to reclaim their autonomy, and their respect for Constitutional rights. There is a new administration in Washington, one that has pledged to uphold the Constitution. Metro New York and regional officials and law enforcement officers who renounce community gang stalking and prosecute those who have persecuted their neighbors will be praised as upholders of the Constitution and defenders of the rule of law. Those who continue to enable the violation of civil and human rights may find themselves under scrutiny as the new team in Washington makes good on its pledge to restore American values and respect for the rights granted to all citizens under the Constitution of the United States. -- Vic Livingston Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County, PA Columnist, NowPublic.com/scrivener ; former host, Sports Business Report on Madison Square Garden Network; former reporter, Phila. A friend of mine has been subject to this since her father died in 2005 and she and her son took a cross country trip. It appears the probate attorney initiated the stalking.

the Late Richard and Jean Colwell's daughter's plight since returning from trip with son where both were gangstalked, starting in Darien. Sep 13, 2008 Jean Fitzgerald of Rowayton was one of Jean Colwell's best friends. The late John and Rit were very close as well. Ellen New Canaan, CT Sep 14, 2008 Ok, I read the other post. It said that Nan has been living, off and on- in the Norwalk Emergency Shelter for the past year. Apparently she had trouble with her late parents' attorney and the house was sold out from under her and her son. The other part I read elsewhere was that the attorney allegedly had Nan and her son Walter "gangstalked" across the country. After reading up on gangstalking I can't imagine how horrible that must have been for her and her son- especially after losing parents/grandparents/home/all possessions, etc. I knew Jean and Rit from Roton Point. Of course they would be devastated if they knew what happened to their daughter and grandson. I think I will call the shelter and find out how she is doing. I know she took care of her mother and father for several years before they passed. Jay Norwalk, CT |#3 3.)who was the attorney? RAC Norwalk, CT Sep 17, 2008 Has anyone contacted the daughter to find out how she is? RAC Norwalk, CT Sep 20, 2008 To Nan- Hope Harry gives you this message. Do not trust ANYONE who comes over to that shelter the nights you ARE stuck there- and says he or she wants to "help". We will discuss this more thoroughly tomorrow in church. Stay away from the Shelter as much as you can. I know you feel like a burden to some of your late parents' friends but you are not. They are outraged and shocked by what you have been through...Prayers going up. Leigh Colchester, CT |#6

Yes, they have, but indirectly. Remember, they travel in the same circles as her parents did and are cautious about anything to do with an attorney.

Why people are gangstalked:
Right up front, targets of organized stalking report that LIES circulated about the targets are what fuel local hatred for the targets. One of the favourite lies being circulated is that the target is a child molester. This is routinely used against female targets as well as targeted men.
Other lies are that the target has a serious criminal record, or is into the drug trade, or is a prostitute. So for those reading this paper who aren't familiar with organized stalking, keep in mind that the obvious answer to "Why would people harass targets who are nobodies?" ... is that once lies are circulated that the target is a major criminal, that target is no longer a "nobody."
As to why certain people are chosen as targets, targets' reports show that whistleblowers and activists are sometimes subjected to organized stalking as "punishment" for their activities. Other cases occur when a target is in line for a large inheritance, or has turned in a well-connected spouse for criminal activity such as pedophilia, or sometimes the target just "ticked off" someone who is well-connected to groups willing to do organized stalking.
According to David Lawson, some targets are simply chosen for 'practice.'

Here is some information regarding attorneys who are Masons and get involved in gangstalking:
"Solicitors, I was told, are 'past masters' at causing endless delays, generating useless paperwork, ignoring instructions, running up immense bills, misleading clients into taking decisions damaging to themselves."

Words have power. That power is often manipulated through propaganda by authorities to affect the view of the general public. If your enemy can choose the words that describe you, he has the power to determine how others view you. That power was expertly used by the Nazi’s to shape public perception of the Jewish community. By destroying the Jewish communities’ reputation through carefully crafted vocabulary and images, the Nazi’s convinced a nation that the Jews deserved persecution and extermination.
The first term is “targeted individual” or “TI”, its commonly used acronym. It is hard to believe that any genuine victim of gang-stalking torture would refer to themselves as simply a “targeted individual.” That term is crafted by the one who targets, not the victim. A genuine victim rightfully perceives him or herself as an injured party; he has suffered injury due to a cruel injustice that includes psychological and physical torture. Like any victim of gross injustice and human rights abuses, they are due justice and recompense. The term “targeted individual” sanitizes the injustices committed in much the same way that the military term “collateral damage” devalues the lives of innocent victims of war. When I see the term “targeted individual” or “TI” in any online writing it immediately raises a red flag. It reeks of an impersonal military mindset toward a victim. It is the way a soldier views his enemy. It is too simplistic to describe the cruelty and injustice of a victim’s experience. It is an invention of the military minds behind these abuses, not its victims.
The second term I find suspect is “perp”, a colloquialism used to describe individuals engaged in gang-stalking of victims. This slang term has roots in law enforcement vocabulary. The root word, perpetrator, is commonly used by police and reporters in describing someone who commits a crime. It use in casual speech is not common among the general public. A genuine victim in time becomes aware of the covert government agencies behind his persecution and now become overt.. The term “perp” obscures this critical observation that a genuine victim would make.“Perp” cloaks the true origin of these abuses by suggesting that the abusers are common criminals.“Perp” is a lie. It is a part of the vocabulary of the hybrid military/law enforcement agencies behind these abuses and propaganda.

I have made several attempts at posting a comment on this site, isn't it interesting that my comments almost never get posted on these sites? Just want Vic Livingston to feel confident that he is on the right track. He wouldn't be getting lied about if he was not. Good work!

Thanks, "Sac CA," that means a lot to me -- but like "Alwaysaroundthecorner, " above, I also reject the nomenclature "targeted individual" for the precise reasons he states. It is an invention of the military minds behind these abuses, not its victims. I have been a target for 32 years. I don't like and don't use "TI" because our most important communications are with the unaware public, and the public has no idea what "TI" means. Instead, I use "target." Why not "victim?" Because when I first started doing on-line activism 16 years ago, there was a huge uproar from many targets who felt that the term "victim" was demeaning. "I am NOT a VICTIM," they would shout. "Target" and "targeted" are reasonably well understood by the public without a lot of explanation, and explaining things chews up the very small amount of attention span a given unaware member of the public offers us. 30 seconds' attention span is typical for someone who has no idea what organized stalking is. alwaysaround thecorner wrote: The second term I find suspect is “perp”, a colloquialism used to describe individuals engaged in gang-stalking of victims. Perp is another term that works reasonably well without a huge amount of wasting attention span. It is accurate and unemotional, and professionals use it. When organized stalking targets started to gather on line circa 1996, we did so partly through email lists belonging to MKULTRA-era involuntary human experimentation survivors. They used "perp," and because it is an apt term that is reasonably well understood (sometimes we need to spell it out once) OS targets also used the term perp. I haven't seen any disadvantage in using that term since 1996. Eleanor White

The gangstalkers persist in trying to harm me and my companion. They are using the electronic harassment methods mentioned above. We have been documenting everything. Our phones are (obviously) tapped and we live in an electronic soup which is damaging our bodies and minds. We have already tried moving. They are relentless. Some also lack the intelligence to use their equipment properly so we have been able to tape their conversations on our voicemails rather than them listening to us. It is apparent that they are receiving financial assistance for harassing and harming us. For shame. Try to call FBI and the phone shuts off. Both his and mine. Interesting tidbit. Then comes a call from an officer in Wilton who reports that the attorney utilized by my father is allegedly concerned with his wellbeing. In short, he is afraid of me, allegedly. I find this to be absurd and just another way for him to degrade me.I want nothing to do with the man but the money he owes me.

Re: the money owed to me by the attorney: 1. My late mother had an account in Rowayton in her name. He neglected to find it. It reverted to the State before I had a chance to find out about it. 2.His numerous calls and drive-by's the home which he charged $300 an hour for but were not related to the case. 3. Norwalk probate office had letter indicating I was underpaid $18,000. 4,Information in the Norwalk probate office has been altered regarding the sale of my late parents' home and reportedly I have to get an attorney to find out who altered the information and why.
