This just makes me sick to my stomach. I wonder how much that's costing taxpayers in the health care and educational departments!!

Illegal aliens are in effect homesteading here. Even Obama's aunt who was supposed to be de-ported years ago is now receiving special immigration treatment.

Exploitation of people of third world countries causes them to want to come here. Provide a comprehensive solution that addresses all the causes. If not, accept the consequences of your exploitative ways. The chickens will come to roost.

Show me one other country that's expected to support illegal border jumpers. NONE!

Why do so many marxists insist on living in Western countries? In other words why do they live as yuppies telling other people about how to live rather than living the life themselves. People who insist that using 3rd world labor is somehow wrong never come up with an alternative for the people employed it's more about harming the business owner. Do those 3rd world people who are now unemployed because the marxist got what they wanted have money for food or clothes or is it somehow going to magically appear now that the bad business people have left. As I understand it, each state is at fault for granting immediate citizenship to all children born here to foreign nationals. We have to work on our states' laws and stop this outrageous practice!

Obama and the Democrats have already spun this moral dilemma into their agenda to quicken the amnesty for the tens of millions of illegal immigrants so as not to negatively impact the poor children of illegal immigrants. I know it cost taxpayers tens of billions of dollars but we can’t be so cruel as to separate the anchor babies from their illegal immigrant parents! The obvious quick and easy fix would simply be to round up the illegal immigrants and their children and deport them. The parents will take their children back to Mexico and thus solve two economic problems: 1- reducing overcrowding in our schools thus increasing the teacher to student to ratios and 2- saving tens of billions of dollars lawful taxpayers pay to provide the myriad of social services to the illegal immigrants. But here-in lays the problem. Democrats are counting on making those tens of millions of illegal immigrants US citizens through granting amnesty thus increasing future Democrat voters to ensure Democrats remain in power for decades to come! Oh wait, I just labeled myself as an intolerant bigot for pointing out the obvious! Shame on our Democrat leaders and the special interest groups shoveling millions of dollars to the Dems coffers for illegal immigrant social programs paid ultimately by the taxpayers!

I see no problem sending back the 12 to 20 million illegals. Start by fining employers who hire them beginning with contractors who pick them up at the Soquel Home Depot. You even hint at amnesty and there will be a rush to the border like you have never seen before. I am out of this state in four years when my daughter graduates from college.

This problem will never end until the jobs dry up. As long as employers can hire these illegals, the problem will continue. The government will do nothing to the employers because they are the ones contributing to the campaigns. It's a money trail that leads to the politicians. We are powerless to stop this.

And Obama wants more of the same.

Theses illegals with help from the DEMOCRAT party are trying to turn the U.S into a third world country. If this continues, it will happen.
It is unsustainable.

Taxpayer abuse-plain and simple.

How about an amendment to the Constitution simply stating that if a person is born to a citizen, they are then a citizen. If you are born to an illegal immigrant, you are then an illegal immigrant yourself. Seems simple, but then again I'm just an arrogant American. Just because you took your first breath in America doesn't make you American.

The legal citizens/residents of the U.S., like the sheep they are, have voluntarily allowed themselves to become nothing more than tax slaves to illegal aliens by continuely voting for pro-illegal, open border politicians.(Example: California).
When the illegals get their amnesty, and they will,(all 20 to 30 million), they will also get their voting rights. They will vote their people in office to eventually run your Towns, your Cities and even your States.
Americans have no cojones. However, Illegals do, thats why they've been living off of your tax dollars and soon will be "legally" taking your country away from you.

We're only powerless to stop for as long as we sit by and do nothing but gripe.

McCain tried passing an amnesty bill a few years ago. The more the details came out about that bill, the more Americans e-mailed, wrote and called their state reps and Washington to let them know that they would lose their seats if they voted for the bill.

Imagine if every American opposed to amnesty for illegals took to the streets for a day, the way the illegals did a few years ago? Called in for the day to show employers how much they needed us to do their jobs?

No matter what Obama wants to do as far as amnesty, it has to go through the House and Senate. We have the power to stop it, if only we would exercise it. What is it about this country's citizens that we sit idly by and let this crap happen? Are we too busy, too rich, too politically correct, too afraid of being called names or too self absorbed to be bothered?

If so, then we have no one to blame but ourselves.

Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Any person or persons entering this country illegally DOES NOT fall under the jurisdiction of the United States therefore under the U.S. Constitution we have every right to shoot every illegal who comes across our border illegally.

Not only that but every employer who hire an illegal under the Constitution is at risk of loosing everything they own including their freedom. That extends to every company who does business with an illegal. If a person sells good, services or housing to an illegal they are in fact violating the laws themselves and should loss every thing they own. It is illegal for one person to make a profit off of the crimes of another person.

The solution is very simple demand that your local government uphold the immigration laws that are currently on the books. No excuses and no delays. Under the Constitution is is the responsibility of the local law to enforce all of our laws. Federal, state and local.

Americans use birth control, which is why over seventy percent of American children aren't born out of wedlock. I believe that's the rate among Hispanics, and out of wedlock births is the number one cause of poverty.
