That is true, but if there are numerous safety violations on the jobsite, that would likely affect the employees as well. I'm sure if OSHA inspected, they would find plenty of violations that would affect jobsite safety. Since this is such a large building and is making headlines for safety reasons, I would think it would be a red flag for them that would indicate there are probably issues that fall under their jurisdiction as well.

I wonder if the fact that the latest victim was a federal employee, and federal property was damaged (i.e. the mail truck) that more scrutiny at a higher level will result.

"preventable accident" I kid you not!!!

We have come to believe that there is not a City mandated safety inspector in daily control of this job site.
