I love VW's and purchased one there in 1998 and had nothing but bad expereinces with getting it serviced. Most things were under warranty and it still took forever. There are no other VW dealers around, so now I will buy any other brand except VW!

The old guy GoldStein lacks integrity.
VW's always seem to have electrical problems.
GoldStein is a bigger problem than poor VW quality.
I agree.
AVOID RIVERBANK.

I have bought 2 cars and love them. My experiences in both the sales and service departments were great. They took care of me and more importantly, my car. I will continue to buy cars from them. They care.

They had a good product. But the quality control for the last 10 years sucks.

The quality of Rivberbank's service was worse than the poor quality of my VW Jetta TDI. The car was the worst pile of junk I ever bought. My first car was a 1983 VW GTI and my family owned 11 of them over the years. Those cars were great, reliable and drove wonderfully. Riverbank made my LAST experience a nightmare. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY. Dishonest service managers were the beginning of the problem but a service department that could not diagnose any problem I had, and this car had a lot,and VW not standing behind anything was the final straw. They would not even send a regional representative at my request to intervene after the car had been in several times for the same problem with no resolution. They said the dealer had to request the regional sevrice Tech. Oh and don't expect VW finance to bail you out. They act as if VW appears in their name by mere coincidence. NOBODY cares. I now drive a Toyota, "Oh What A Feeling" you had better believe it!

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Aries

Someone wants to go their own way today and they won't care whose feathers they ruffle in the process. It's a lunar eclipse at the Full Moon in Cancer, so let them get on with it. The last thing you should do now is to hang on to their coat-tails or do anything else that will make them feel restricted. Make it plain that you've got your own fish to fry, thank you very much. And try not to let it stop you enjoying yourself. Have a great night!
