I am looking to buy tavern chairs that match the ones that I bought in the 1980's. They were made by the Boling Chair Company of Siler City, NC 27344. Anyone have any information on the chairs or the company?

I am looking to find and purchase cherry ladderback chairs with rush seats. I found the manufactures ticket on the underside of one of the chairs. It was made by the Boling Chair Co. in Siler City, NC 27344; pattern #219; finish-cherry; stamped # on bottom; 868. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Did you wish to sell them? If so, for how much? Thank you Patti.

We are selling an oak chair with a curved, spindle back, from the library at Hastings Law School. that might be the "tavern" chair you are seeking. We have 300 for sale for $50 each. We will post pix of the chairs on our website, www.berkeleyoutlet.com , soon.

I also have four of the tavern style chairs from Boling Chair Co. Based on other postings I've seen I believe they were probably made between 1900 and 1950. Does anyone know that to be in the right timeframe? My two chairs say they are the pattern 105 and made of Salem Maple. I'm trying to determine their value.

Would you have any idea of the year that those chairs were made?
