corn is hard to digest,
If there is no other undigested food, probably no big deal. several good with tough fibers are hard to digest, sometimes the fibers in green beans pass through. |

like I said, some foods have fibers that do not digest. corn is one, bits of the born will be trapped in the fibers. if it just happens with corn, no problem. |
