School using Scientology 'study tech' are among lowest FCAT scores in Tampa Bay

Scientology and education? There goes the neighbourhood.

I knew that once FCAT scores, which affect school district budgets, appeared in the annual reports to the taxpayers, that the truth will be very clear to the public, as well as state and federal legislators. There is no valid, reliable, pedagogically sound state test that can measure the effectiveness of L. Ron Hubbard's curriculum! His curriculum does not meet the standards set forth by the Florida State Department of Eduction--hence the curriculum should receive NO funding from taxpayers. Additionally parents should be informed that the "school" that they are supporting does not meet state standards in education.
