Jimmy Crader

You know, I have looked at what all has been written about Jimmy Crader and there is no doubt that alot of people loved him, it's just too bad that he never let his OWN blood children have the opprtunity to get close to him and love him. Yeah, I agree, a dad is supposed to be there for you through the rough patches in life, to give you words of wisdom, to help guide you through this stupid ass world. He could be there for people who weren't his own but he couldnt be there for his own. Which now I suppose, he is realizing the wrong he inflicted upon us. can any of you turn your back and deny your own children, just because your spouse got tired of you cheating on them and divorced you and later married another? Would you hold that against your kids? That is what Jimmy Crader did. I could personally tell you things that he did to me that would make your hair stand up on end. All I ever wanted from the man was a father/son relationship, but to him I was dirt and tainted because of the divorce, which was his own fault, since he couldnt be loyal to my mother. Another reason is because of the fact that he was KICKED out of the Navy for NOT paying his child support and taking care of 3 kids that he helped bring into this world. No, he passed that torch onto another man. He was given the choice by his commanding officer, pay the child support or be kicked out, he chose the latter. Dont believe me? Get a copy of his dd214 look it up.Then he blamed my mom and us for that. Did I love the man? Hell yeah I did. But lets bring forth the facts and the real truth. For years it bothered and depressed me that i couldnt be a son to this man and have him as a father, now like him its ashes in the wind. His OWN grandchildren never got to know him. You all need to feel very privilaged in knowing that he gave to you what he wouldnt give to us...love,affection,understand ing, cars, whatever he gave. What would you call a man like that? I'm not trying to belittle the man, just let you all know the real Jimmy Crader. No one will ever know his thinking or why he did what he did. I am sure as there is a God in heaven that Jimmy is regretting turning his back on us,and denying us a father when thats ALL we wanted. As of now you have your pictures of him, we have none, u have keep sakes we do not, guns? fishing poles? tools? That stuff should have been given to his son. But all in all, I guess we( the true heirs) will come out with something. So just think of the people who he hurt,he wasnt a god.
He had extreme issues, hatred and in denial. Hell, he even tried to talk my mom into leaving her husband and coming back to him when my sister lived in his house. Ask her. We even had words over that. You would feel the same if it were your dad.I keep hearing that he didnt have anything. Thats because he gave it all to others, he had plenty, so Jimmy Crader is nothing but ashes now, dirt more or less. Which is how he treated HIS own children, so he is reaping what he sowed, anyone mad? Think of how we feel.

i think you all got what you deserve nothing maybe it wont stop now i think it pretty petty to say thing u know nothing about maybe you can change your name then you wont have to be a crader any more i like that idea...................

Please... you were right when you said that you see bad things in store for the Crader's. Remember that? Your own words. But not for this Crader. From what I hear most of yall took after the west side, not grandpa Crader's side.

I have read all of the inputs on Jim and alot of stuff that wasnt on him, I like to just say everyone seems to be right-on in what they are saying about him. I didnt realize how well ole Jim was known.......I see where Rusty wants to knock ole Bill around alittle also. I guess my only comment or i should say question, is, what caused Rusty to want to kick the crap out of Bill?

Rusty, I was just reading about something where you mention "guns". I think Jim had a 22 rifle , and he gave it to a little boy ( Victor Murray's) son who use to live up the road from me, but since has grown up and i believe he is married now and lives in Wy. But the only other gun i remember him having was the one he gave to you the last time you were here,,,,and later Jim told me ( but you know Jim) that he found it in a hockshop in Cape Girardeau some time later. How true is that? Also I was reading a part where you said that "US" Crader must have taken after the West side, I really havent figured out who we are in those terms. But I would like to tell you about your Greatgrand father who , when his wife died in 1918 ( i believe that the year) He started seeing a lady by the name of Fannie who also had a little girl named , Juanita, welllll they wanted to get together but one of them didnt want the others kids , so i supposed they compromised an they both just got rid of their kids. So your Grandfather ( my Dad) grewup here and there and everwhere else without a mother or father,,,,,, but not once did i here my dad mention any of that. I think he grew up and tended to his own life at some point without blaming it all on his dad of how he was. But I know that dad never told me he loved me nor gave me a big hug until I retired , and he called me and told me that. I ask him if everything was alright because i had never heard that before. But even with all that he never found his way into a prison or jail , man now a days when people get into some sort of trouble , it is right away their parents did this or that. I think my problems came from mom not changing my diaper when it was suppose to be changed. I grew to the bastard i am today because of me. My brother Jim wasnt ever told he was loved by his mother or father, nor was he shown love in any which way while at home. I would think that we could blame everything on his mom and dad or better yet , to get down to the bare bone of his problems and vices, we can just lay it all on my Granfather Marshal....I like that better , because it really gets it away from Jims misgivings. But on the other hand there are those who are just born assholes who dont have anything or anyone to blame their short comings on , so they just learn to like being an asshole ..
I classify myself as one of those because like i said I really havent figured out which side of family to blame all my stupidy on "YET"

Hey Jethro, I agree with you on the charactor of Jim and his wild stories. Man I am missing him bad. Every time Obama says something Jimmy would go on for an hour about how messed up he was making things...I took $50 from him over the election results..I think he was holding his breath when he gave it to me though...Remember the fishing trip we took with him in Va. and the two black beauties at the landing when we came back.. Yesterday the power was out here for 11 hours because of the storms. I also went through a storm from Judy , who i recieved a letter from telling me she was very wrong about caring for any of you guys. I am dissappointed that she feels that way, and frankly i dont know why.But i will venture a guess and run over this for the umteenth time........Jimmy's WIFE , Alice has no say in who gets what and when they can get it. In actuallity. the things that were not scooped up with a shovel out of the garage and put in the burn pile ( junk), The Probate Court is in charge of ... Kathy should know this , because she works for a law firm. I understand that Rusty wants the boat, well i cant blame him for wanting the boat that his dad owned. But the sad truth is , because his dad didnt have a will saying that Rusty could have the boat, the question of where Jim wanted it to go remains up in the air.I know that Jim wanted his wife to have the house where they made their home , but, that too is up in the air because didnt write all these things in a "WILL". When you guys were told that Jim didnt have Nothing, it was meaning he didnt have any $$$$$$$. But if you are referring to the tools he did have , well , the most of those tools were given to him on his Birthdays, and as Christmas presents from his step children. They too belong to the Court. If any body would like to buy those items you will have to go through the Probate, because you see thats who those items belong to. AND, the junk that was laying on the floor in his garage,( bolts, nuts, pieces of lawn mower parts,cardboard and wood,car parts that were used to keep what ever car he was driving running ,well, they are in the trash pils by his home , anyone would ( i'm sure) be welcome to go dig them out .He did have a Dodge truck that he sold to a man called John Hinton who died in 2000 but he had the truck for around 11 or 12 years prior to his death.As far as, all everyone wanted was for him to love you , the court cant do anything about that , and neither can his wife Alice. That is something that each of you will have to deal with. Because the step children and grandchildren loved Jim , none of us have the power to stop that... I loved Jim for what he was , and not for what he could have been or wasnt. I and many others know how his bio children must feel, but who can fix those hurts. Ask yourself earnestly that question. If these truths make anyone feel that I'm a dirty rat,and dont love are care for you , then so be it. That was Jimmy and his simple way of life. His legal wife ( widow) is going to get what is legally hers as all his kids are....Roy

well Roy what do u think of someone that lies and tells youn what we were told and then lets minions make false 4000 dollar claims against YOUR brothers estate and then refers to your neices and nephews as greedy and stupid?
It seems to me that his legal wife as you call her and her minions are trying to do to us what Jimmy did all his life, well, if she wants the house all she has to do is take out a motage and pay the kids off. as for the boat, i'll never get it, because if that were his true wishes then she would have given it to me when we were up there right after he died, and before they went to a lawyer and found out about it all going into probate. but no, u know what we were offered? they offered us quilts made from scraps of his clothes after they made them and gave them to her kids and if anything was left over they would make each of us a &^*%$^%#& quilt.
She even told us that you came up there after we left with a will that you got off the internet and told her if she wanted to keep everything to fill it out , sign Jimmy's name and back date it.
I remember someone up there popping their pie hole about , " how would u feel if your wife took your kids and left you and you didnt know where they were?" Sounds like Jimmy has lied about his whole stinking life, his whole life was nothing but made up lies and bs. He couldnt admit he did wrong to my mom, he couldnt admit his infedelity was what cost him his marriage and kids. He couldnt admit to taking a discharge from the navy instead of paying 100.00 a stimking month child support. HE KNEW WHERE THE HELL WE WERE AT ALL TIMES, he chose not to be in contact not us, just as he did throughout his whole life. but i never held that against him. I always wanted to be around him, do things with him, but he damned sure held it against me. before yall even think about questioning me try questioning the truth behind his actions. Rusty , I am not straddling any fence, I have actually tried to keep piece between you and your sisters and Alices kids..........The Will thing would have been more benificial to you and all concerned. Probate eats up any $$$$$ that would be divided . I'm sure Alice told you that, when she was telling you about that idea...Every time one of you call out at the probates office it cost....I have no claim for $4000 on Jims estate, and i dont know what Minion is/are.
To be honest there are a lot of things we could bring upi about this one or that one, but I am better face to face Rusty. I wont call you because You are looking for someone to blame everything that hasnt gone your way in all this, so it would just be your side of things...Jims "so called " wife IS his legal wife.Tony is Connies' legal husband. Nuff said about that, or we could talk about other people who have had children at a younger age and , either gave them up because of child support or could/wouldnt pay it......Know what I'm talking about??? I know you didnt know how bad off your dad was Rusty, but you could have had on done while you were here if you would have pulled out your wallet for it.. The man was sick for quit awhile. i never served or spent no 3 years for anything dumass. my ex was fooling around with her sisters husband so i left. get ur facts straight. she then remarried and the rest is none of your ignorant assed business.
