Deputy cleared in swim trunk shooting back at work

IMAGINE THAT? I cop, cleared of wrongdoing? How can that be? Ever wonder what happens to evidence in these cases and how much of it actually makes it to court?

I hope the Waldron sue this cop in a civil court suit. Murder of a unarmed person in a swim suit is just nuts. But Welcome to the lawless cop state of Mn.

it would be very informative if the media would let us know what the evidence was
that allowed this officer to go uncharged. the ONLY thing i could think of was that
eyewitnesses testified that the man was going for the officers gun. barring that it
is my belief that this was if you think about it a very frightening crime. media-
could you please let us know this and also if there is any discipline to an officer
of the law if he/she fails to identify themselves as such?

Everyone knows murder by cop is legal in America. police have had the right to murder anyone for a few decadeds. The same time the district attrorneys and judges removed liberty and justice for all. To condone this act by a violaent criminal. A man without a gun or any reason except personal advancement to murder this kid. Remeber cops judges and district attorneys have every legislature living in fear. The whole world fears Americas murdering out of control government. If your child gets killed or molested today. It is a 99% chance an officer did it. What a country where cops, da`s and judges are pervs and people are honest.
I wonder what the DA that cleared this murder does. Muat be a child molester. Drunks condone drinking. Only a murder or some type molester would condone such a sick violent act. The sick one here condoned this act.

Do not stop for an any unmarked supposed official vehicle until you are in a safe populated area where there are credible witnesses watching. It is within your right to stop where you feel safe.
