Total waste of money. That is why we need to get rid of career politicians like Atkins and Tourville. This money could have been used for something more useful. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work. Just like spending all that money on a new city hall. Make due with what you have during these rough economic times. Too you two clowns its spend spend spend.
