Full story: TwinCities.com

The men came to the St. Paul home of an 83-year-old woman unsolicited this week, offered to perform some work and then charged her thousands for what police described as "minimal" and "extremely sloppy" concrete work.

Now that Social Security benefits are threatened by certain "politicians" we should impose more harsh penalties on those who prey on the elderly.

where are the kids to help out mom and pop?

Oh yeah American society now have pets as there
kids and are now paying for it by choosing to not
have kids.

They are stupid enough to house, feed and care for
a dog or cat as much or more then a kid of flesh and blood thinking it is much easier and cheaper.

Bad long term investment people. Can you come over
and scoop my neighbor's dog po op after the snow
is gone? It stinks!

These guys sound like they are on the City of St. Paul payroll.

Something like this occurred a few years back when Mayor R.T. Rybek out bid for a new roof on the city hall building and the Target center. A fly-by-night contractor showed up and got TR to sign over millions for a "green" roof on both buildings. He just spread some dirt and weed seed on the roofs and fled town.

The mayor actually held a news conference to let everyone know how "green" he was.

Yeah, he sure was.

“I am always right.”

Simple solution to this situation.

Castrate all three of the men with a rusty knife and let them bleed out a very slow and painful death.

Problem solved.

These guys are pigs! Nothing, except abusing children, ticks me off more than this.
