great example who should be put in a cage and a better example of how inept and a scam the people who are employed to keep us safe are not doing their job. good shooting mental illness so what take it out now and how many of us are safer because of it.

The questions are simple. Did he have a gun or were any firearms found inside the car?
why was he stopeed? It seems this was another police hunch and the cops were fearful of the unknown.

I think the police are cowboys who don't have a horse under their butt. Bi-polar people, who have actually been diagnosed, are accused of many many things that they have never done because they are easy targets. If one is simply bi-polar, they are just confused folks. I know a couple of people who are bi-polar and they are not criminals. This article is so dam dumb, I cannot believe it.

hey.....some people have serious problems. But evil is committed by those with a bad will, not by spooky other worldly forces and "demons".

That's why we can punish criminals. Else they could get away with it claiming, "The devil made me do it....not me!"

What if we claim self defense against them and start fighting back. What would happen if you pushed a cop. What happens if they do it nothing. FIGHT THE POWER.. They work for us so lets keep it that wat. I should become a cop so I can brake the laws....

You are an ass. you dont even know him. you should be put in a cage with the animals and see who comes out alive. you should really look in the mirror and look at yourself have you ever had any issues or made a mistake.? You are a very mean person and you need someone to pray for you.

It is a shame he had to die, but...then it could have been an innocent bystander or the officer trying to his JOB!!!! At least us taxpayers don't have to pay for someone who has a history of crime. Obviously he was not rehabilitative and did not want to be.

Were any of you there when he tried numerous times to take his life? Did you clean up his blood? None of you know him....I did....I knew him personally. I didn't know that he was a criminal. You would never had known....How dare any of you judge.....

And one more thing..........Theresa, if you are reading these...You were so right when you said that this was suicide by cop.....I said that right away too.....May the officers who shot him, be at peace with the decision that was facing them. They did Jeff the favor of bringing him "home".....

You just made this guy sound even more effed up than the story does! And the fact that you didnt know he was a criminal - maybe you need to get some better, less trashy friends... if possible.
