Atheist group debuts billboards with images of babies

What a waste of $3000. The money would be better spent putting a billboard in North Minneapolis telling parents not to indoctrinate their kids with thug culture. They would both be ineffective but at least one would have reasonable intentions.

Freedom of speach is a double edge sword. You can use it, but it can be used against you as well.

When have I claimed to be an athiest. i have no religious faith at all. i don't have any Bigfoot faith either, am i an Abigfootiest? it isn't even an issue in a rational life.

religion is all about indoctrinating the young to keep the customer flow coming in.

try letting people decide abi=out the likelyhood of any religion being more than a myth when they are adult and see how the flock dwindles....

Not a matter of disbelief, it's a matter of not being an issue.

The way the human mind works, all things are taken by faith....not argueable, pick an issue and try to explain that it has no basis in faith, that it is wht it is.

let's talk about blowin' in the wind....how many times has the word of your imagined god changed?

i can think of many, and the sheep just follow as the people who garner great power and wealth off you tell you what to do.

what is so moral about a god that approves of slavery, killing those that don't believe in him,(oh yeah, you do have a lot in common with the muslims, i forgot that...) having multiple wives, stoning people to death (more muslimn sommonality...but it is the same god that you wroship with them..)

how is any of this a good moral guide? this is the crap we have been working so hard to get away from in this country and the more we have distanced ourselves from it, the more moral country we have become.

i do not want to reverse this trend.
