People are stupid, The First Amendment trumps terroristic threat laws. I think Minnesota is full of Morons who think the legal system is a virtual kindergarten teacher, and this is among many reasons why taxes are so high and our unemployment rate is above 7%.

It would be one travesty to see some social misfit like this fruitloop use it on anyone whenever a situation like the ones described by the news should ever occur. Hey Andre, better wise up in the future, otherwise you might either wind up in prison or could possibly die young in a violent manner. No one wants to die in vein.
