Once they forced all the Section 8 vouchers on the East Side, and once the Chicago to Minnesota Mega bus became 5 dollars a pop, crime exploded due to all the "fine" Chicago transplants. That is what has happened to the East Side. The transplants from Chicago have destroyed this city.
