I went to visit Dr.Chua yesterday, it was his first visit since his conviction. It was really great to see him, he looks good maybe a little older and skinner.
We talked about everything, he thanks everyone who continues to love and support him. He still says he doesn't regret not taken the plea deal, he wouldn't change anything. He says what bothers him the most is the pain that the Carter family as well as his family have had to endure. He also expressed great sorrow at the fact that a lot of his elderly patients have had to find other Dr's and that he isn't here to care for them.
He also realizes that their are alot of people who feel he is were he deserves to be, he hopes that some day all the truth will come out and his name will be cleared and until then he will continue to pray for everyone involved and he has simply just changed from saving bodies to saving souls, either way he continues to do God's work.
He says he still receives on average 20 pieces of mail a week and can't thank God enough for all the well wishes and prayers that come his way.

Thank You supporter, how do you write to him?? Can we send him anything? Can anyone visit?? I've never known anyone in prison, I did not even think about contacting him. Thank You

Anyone can write to him, however I will not post his address on here because there are people who would be mean to him and I will not help with that, so if you would like to write him you can either email me a letter and I will print it and mail it to him or email me for his address, my address is helpdr.chua@yahoo.com.
No anyone can not visit, Dr.Chua is only allowed 1 female and 1 male non-family visitor. These visitors have to be approved by the prison, he can change these 2 people twice a year or leave them the same.
No you can not send him anything except mail and cards. He can have stories printed off the computer but the addresses have to be removed, he can have articles out of the paper and religious material. The people on his approved visitors list can send him money to be put on his account so he can purchase items from the prison store. Thats about it.

Remember that the judges of this circuit are elected and serve at the pleasure of the voters. Once elected, they seem to forget that. Tuten is retirng as chief judge, Williams wants his job and the DA wants William's job.

Tuten has stepped down as Chief Judge and is serving out the rest of his term which ends Dec.
31, 2008. Williams has already moved up, based on seniority, to the position of Chief Judge.

3 of the judges are up election this year. Scarlett and Wilkes will be running for re-election. At least 2 Brunswick lawyers have announced they are running for Tuten's slot.
Williams runs again in 2010.

There is also the possibility of a 5th judgeship for the Brunswick Circuit that is currently pending in the legislature.

Williams needs to be voted out of office. Sit in her courtroom sometimes and observe how she treats the public. It is HER courtroom, not the taxpayers'who paid for it and continue to pay for it's maintenance. Tuten also has a habit of lecturing and belittling spectators who dare to look to the left or right instead of straight ahead. This is tyranny, not justice, and the voters need to speak up! Williams has no business presiding over certain trials, but instead of recusing herself, she doles out her kind of justice.

Why then, almost at the end of the trial, did Jamie's own family, especially his sister, try to make him look like a homosexual just to implicate Dr. Chua? His own sister stated on the witness stand that she came home that Thanksgiving Day and caught Jamie and Dr. Chua in bed together. She never mentioned the fact that Jamie had another one of his migraines while hunting with Dr. Chua, that Dr. Chua had given him some medication which put him to sleep. Jamie was under the covers, Dr. Chua was laying on top of the bed, fully dressed, to rest, since there was no other place in the 2-bedroom trailer.
