I have purchased used appliances, ordered parts. and had them do repairs. I have never had a complaint. They have given me advise on doing my own repairs, helped me save money and always stood behind anything they sold. I suggest that,if you have any problem, you just discuss it with them.

Used them for years. Their place looks horrible, but they are honest and nice. We bought used from them and bought parts. If you are having a problem talk to them.

Have used them about 3 times for repairs, never had any problem. Seem to be very honest and go out of their way to save you money when ever possible. I would definitely talk to them if you are having a problem, maybe there is some miscommunication some where.

Have dealt with them twice and would not recommend them to wash my coffee pot! They are horrible at returning calls, and 6 weeks to fix a washing machine is ridiculous!!! I wont let them in my front door ever again and I tell all my friends the same thing......

The Battens are good honest people. Try running a business yourself before judgeing them. You can trust anything they say about a repair and they offer warranties on their used items.

I am dealing with them right now, they are lying to cover the fact that they have had my item to be repaired through warranty for over a year now. They have informed the manufacturing company that they gave our product back a month later, so unless its magically appeared at our home we do not have it. And since we have been calling them to find out the status on our product for the last year and they are just telling us the status of something that they supposedly gave to us I really think its a load of BS! And just for the record I do own a small business and I know how hard it is. They are not honest at all!

I did years ago about another company and I got results. Don't know about now though, times have changed. Maybe an attorney?

Had a great experience. The girls in the office were the best always answered my questions or got back to me right away. My appliance was repaired very quickly. I have used them several times. Once I did have to wait an extended time for a repair but it was not their fault. They told me the part I needed was on back order from the Manufacturer. I simply called the manufacturer and confirmed that the part was on back order. I didn't bad mouth them or blame Battens I simply made a phone call and confirmed what they already told me. I trust them. As soon as the part cmae available they came right over for repair!!!!!!
