Kent Jones Guilty Of Linda Jensen Murder

I am so thankful for this verdict ; it only confirms my belief in the fact that we made the righjt decision at the first trial

I just want to say that you all outrage me!!!! I am a close friend of the family and I was at most of the last trial and guess what, not one of you "fat bastards" were there!!!! How dare you get on here and say such hurtful things!!! If you want to say something bad then you should look no further then her real killer. Her HUSBAND and his accomplice Richard Christy!!!! As for Brant from WI he is your UNCLE not you grandmothers nephew! It says a lot about your character not to stick behind your family even in the most destitute of times! Shame on you! If you don’t believe in Kent’s Innocence then you should just keep your mouth shut! The rest of his/your family did nothing to you nor is any of this their fault and yet you deem it necessary to drag them through the mud and shame them further. They love their father and whole-heartedly believe in his innocence!!!! My heart goes out the Jensen family as they have all lost someone very dear to them and, because the real murder is someone that they continue to love.... Sometimes you are to close to the forest to see the trees and for that I forgive you but you should know that I was at the second trial and you said very hurtful things to me and for that you are very wrong and you as well should be ashamed of your self’s! You are not the only ones who lost a family member and you shouldn’t take it out on Kent’s kids! They had nothing to do with this and it’s not wrong for them to love their father. You don't say things like that to Linda's husband now do you?

this is not somthing to joke about. I lost my mother and all you can do is joke about that is not cool at all i lost my moms life and all you can do is joke about, it that is ridiculous. This is my mom your talking about and I would really appericiate it if you would keep your "jokes " to yourself. She was a wonderful and caring women and she is dearly missed.

I am sorry for your loss Lisa. I am the person that came forward to help solve this case. And for the record to all of you that believe in Kents innocence your crazy! I personnally was involved in this situation and I do know the truth based on what I actually witness and went through. So, to all Kent's family members you been insulted by his smoothe and charming ways and con-artist style! Rest assurred the law enforcement agency and the jury got it right.

Your obviousely a friend who wants to believe what his kids believe. It's normal to want to belive that your father didn't do this, but I didn't want to believe he could have done this, either, but I know it to be true and your dead wrong!

i lived in elk river from 1979-1981, i was looking at homes ect. in the area, just seeing whats new since i lived there, when by accident i came upon the story of kent. he was a good high school friend of mine back in the day, for the few years i lived there. he came to see me once in the summer of 1982 in tulsa,ok. for a week to look for work, that was the last time i saw or heard from him. i just wanted to say how shocked i am and how sorry i am for all those involved.

Hi I used to work with Linda and knew her husband. He loved her so much and they were so happy. He would of walked on water for her. I also went to school with Kent, I do believe that justice was done when they found him guilty.

this comment that defaces Angie is ridiculous. She came forward with information, that would solve a murder case - the justice system was correct with whom they convicted. They did prove credibile evidence to prosecute.

On top of everything, you have no idea what Kent told Angie about his life when they were in the privacy of each other's company. She was not being the homewrecker! The man is the cheater, and if his marriage went to S*** it serves him right.

The information brought forth to the police, was not revenge and was a act of good that she felt needed to happen! I commend you Angie you are very strong for doing so!! BRAVO the information provided helped to solve a murder and rape...Just think this man could have done this again, so you may have saved another's life, even your own!

what about how pissed angie got when he wouldn't leave his wife for him? funny she 'knew' this information but only came forward after there was a cash reward. Also there is evidence of more than 1 sperm donor and DNA evidence that points to another male NOT Kent Jones. To San Francisco, I have personally seen BOTH sides of evidence and know of jury tampering and judicial misconduct. There is no way Linda Jensen's soul is at rest, knowing the true murderer is out there as well as knowing the lives ruined in the wake of this piss poor job of the justice system.
