I'm not totally blind but pretty close (legally blind) and can't drive. Where's the details, PP? Why was someone who was using a white cane hit and why exactly was the driver not charged? Details?

What is with car drivers in the Midwest anyway? Jesus, I can't even walk across a crosswalk in St. Paul with a green walk signal without some jerk making a right turn into the crosswalk I'm trying to cross, right in front of me, without me fearing for my life every time.

Hey, moron car worshipping jackasses in MN. Isn't it bad enough that my life has been ruined by not being able to drive and me stuck living in this car dependent hick state without you trying to run me over just because you're in a big hurry and couldn't care less about pedestrians because you're in your big tough car? Calm down Stresserella. Andy was NOT in a crosswalk. He normally did but on Friday night he didn't.I know this as a fact as I was on scene within 2 minute's of it happening you freaking moronic jerk! I don't care if your blind or not. I knew Andy very well and he would be the first one to tell you your way of thinking is dangerous. But that is the attitude of many of you liberals these day's.

blind folks dont have super hearing. but many of them have trained it to take the place of sight.
but a silent car is deadly still to the blind.
yes, i know that noise polution is bad. but the blind rely on those noises to let them know where they are in relation to noise creating objects and people.
